Pricing and Marketing
When selling your home there are no guarantees that a buyer will simply walk through the front door. In many cases, good marketing is needed to bring your home to the buyer. Effective marketing will help ensure that your property receives maximum exposure to attract a ready, willing and able buyer. While print advertising has been the traditional method for marketing homes, it may not be the best method in your market. Your local Realtor will know the most effective means.
The appearance of your home, a buyer's first impressions, and other considerations dramatically impact the sale and value of your home. Be sure to listen to tips for increasing your home's value.
Have you had a comparative market analysis report done? Remember the value of your home does not only rely on the fact that it has four beds and 2.5 baths. Neighborhood factors, school districts, and many other variable will greatly influence the value of your home.
